2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in resalable condition, with no damage to the packaging
  • You must have the original receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement bottles or products that have been used. Once a seal is broken, we cannot restock the product for resale. This policy protects all our customers and ensures product integrity.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@traxylonllphonor.world with your order number and reason for the return
  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions
  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide
  4. Include the RAN inside the package and use a trackable shipping method so you can confirm delivery
  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

We aim to process approved refunds within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund to your account.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and may take 5 to 10 business days after we process the refund.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable. However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item, you received a defective product, or the product was damaged in transit), we will refund the full amount including shipping costs.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

9. International Orders

For orders shipped outside Canada, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. Refunds for international returns will be processed in the same manner as domestic returns once we receive and verify the product.
